DEPRESSED? WANT A SOLUTION? ‘GET A PAINTING’

Many of us think, painting is just for decoration. But after reading this, you will start searching for solutions to your problems in every painting you will come across.Dr. Bharti Sharma is an artist who paints keeping in mind a particular problem. In an interview with One World News, she told us the power of a painting. Dr. Bharti is working on Vaastu, color and direction and her paintings are based on particular colors. Each painting has one dominating color and every color has its own effects. There are different shapes in her painting and every shape is there for a purpose. The Shoonya or Circle is like our life, it’s complete in itself but there is nothing inside it. We have to fill that space with the process of life. Suppose, if we think that we are perfect, at the time of completion of the circle then, our life is almost finished. In the painting, there are Spirals which represent continuity of life. The Triangle and the Square are for stability and perfection of life, while the seven chakras are the seven centers of energy. After explaining her paintings in detail, she went onto express as to how they help us in solving our problems. She said, “Whatever you are surrounded with, is emitting the energy and you will be absorbing that energy. If you absorb negative energy, you will feel depressed & disturbed. So it’s very important to be surrounded with positive energies. These paintings emit positive energy and to absorb that, you should have some knowledge of shapes which have its own meaning coming from Vedic era.”Different people will be attracted towards different types of paintings which mean they are lacking in that particular area and they should improve on that. So, every painting depicts some meaning. Our life is full of problems but we should never be distracted by that, instead enjoy whatever we do. We all work hard, earn money but still some of us are not satisfied and unhappy. That’s because we do not enjoy our work but just do it for the sake of doing. To be focused and dedicated towards our work, we need positive energy and that can be achieved from these paintings.Dr. Bharti told us about some colors which deals with some particular problems like if we are lacking love, we should go for pink color. If we feel low, we should go for yellow and brown color gives us energy. Green is for growth.Colors play an important part in our life.We just need to find out which color suits us.Picture Courtesy: Tushar Muterja.Have a news story, an interesting write-up or simply a suggestion?
